Design Concept:
•The entry to the Tech Park is fronted by a cluster of buildings forming the Gateway to the development.
•This Gateway buildings are integrated into a plaza that will lead pedestrians towards the amenities centre and the green park.
•The design also intends to create an Oasis of green within the industrial zone. The green Oasis will serve as the breathing space for the industrial zone.
•The green Oasis is bounded by the amenities centre housing Food and Beverages, Retail and other support facilities such as banking, post office, etc.
•A green buffer is deliberately inserted to separate the industrial zone from the residential zone. •Another green Oasis connected to an amenities centre is created within the residential zone to provide support to the residence staying there.
